ON TIME PERFORMANCE We realize that your projects are usually time sensitive so we work with you to produce a production schedule prior to the start of the job that will meet or beat your expectations. Our goal is 100% on-time performance (in 2007 we maintained 98.3% on-time performance). 2. KEEPING YOU INFORMED Communication is the name of the game in our business. We are often the last people to work on your project before it is sent off to your client/prospect and that is why communication is so
important. You will be informed when your material arrives at
our facility. You will be provided final database counts and you
will be notified when your project has mailed or been shipped.
Communication, not surprises!3. FAST RESPONSE Time is a precious commodity to all of us. That is why we believe that you deserve a prompt response to your email and phone inquiries. Our goal is to get back to you within a few hours but we guarantee that you will receive a response within twenty four hours. 4. QUALITY ASSURANCE You can rest assured that we will perform regular quality assurance checks throughout your project. Your team, Account Executive and personal Account Manager, will monitor your projects from start to finish and keep you informed of the progress. 5. A REAL (LIVE) RECEPTIONIST We are eager to help you because you are very important to us. Your phone calls will be answered by a live person during normal business hours (M-F, 8:00am – 5:00pm, PST). You will not be put through the endless voicemail loop like you are with other companies. If for some reason we cannot take your call right away, we promise to call you back with-in two business hours. 6. MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTABILITY We promise you efficient, timely and friendly service at all times. If you’re not satisfied then neither are we. Our customers come first.
